Help
Find how to complete a task, understand what a role can do, and fix common problems.
Common tasks
- Get started with NextAccordSet up your profile, add a little real data, and learn which screens are for daily work and which are for setup.
- Work through SetupSetup is a guided, ordered checklist of what to configure for your account and for you. It shows what is essential, what is recommended, what is already handled, and what you can do later.
- Add and organize your contactsContacts hold the people you follow up with. Add them by hand or import a CSV, then use status, type, source, and temperature to keep the list easy to scan.
- Import contacts from a CSVUpload a CSV to bring many contacts in at once. NextAccord previews the file, maps columns to fields, flags values that do not match your lists, and lets you resolve duplicates before anything is saved.
- Review and accept new leadsLead Review is where new lead information waits until you decide to turn it into a contact, update an existing contact, or reject it.
- Track a buyer or seller transactionA transaction follows one buyer or seller opportunity from the first conversation through closing, linked to the contact and to any property context.
- Work your day from TodayToday gathers the follow-ups, overdue tasks, new and hot leads, and active transactions most likely to need attention, with suggested next steps.
- Schedule and manage appointmentsThe built-in NextAccord calendar works with no setup. Create appointments in day, week, month, or agenda view, link them to a contact or transaction, and reschedule, cancel, or mark no-show.
- Connect your Google CalendarConnect Google Calendar so NextAccord mirrors your appointments to Google and sends attendee invitations. Sync is one-way, from NextAccord to Google.
- Create and run a drip campaignBuild a drip campaign from your saved and branded email templates, time each step by a delay or a fixed date, and enrol the contacts you choose, or leads who opt in on a Landing Page form. Steps send automatically when they come due.
- Read your reporting and analyticsAnalytics Overview gives a quick read on lead intake and pipeline health, with deeper pages for leads, pipeline, activity, transactions, campaigns, landing pages, and account usage. What you see is scoped to your role.
- Roles & permissionsEvery account member has one of four roles — Owner, Admin, Agent, or Assistant. Roles are predefined by NextAccord and are separate from your subscription.
- Invite teammates and manage the teamOwners and admins invite people by email, choosing a role for each. Invitations create a membership only when accepted, and the invited person must sign in with the invited email address.
- Attach documents to a recordUpload documents to a contact, transaction, property, or listing. You can search, rename, download, and soft-delete them, and see how much storage the account is using.
- Fix a common problemQuick first checks for the problems people hit most: an empty-looking page, a missing lead, a hidden setting, AI Assistance not showing, or an integration that stopped working.
