Back to Reporting & Analytics

Read your reporting and analytics

Start on Analytics Overview for the headline numbers, then open a focused page for detail. Every figure is calculated live for the period you choose — there is nothing to refresh or rebuild.

Who can do this

  • Owners and Admins — can do this for any record or setting in the account.
  • Agents and Assistants — can do this only for records they are assigned to.

Roles are predefined by NextAccord. See all roles & permissions

Steps

  1. Step 1: Open Analytics for the Overview — open deals, pipeline value, leads and deals created, deals won, overdue tasks, and more.
  2. Step 2: Choose a reporting period; the metrics recalculate for that window.
  3. Step 3: Open a focused page for detail: Lead Analytics, Pipeline Analytics, Activity & Follow-Up Analytics, Transaction Analytics, Campaign Analytics, Landing Page Analytics, or Usage & Capacity.
  4. Step 4: Where supported, select a metric to drill through to the underlying records.
  5. Step 5: Owners and admins can export aggregated analytics data for the selected period.
Tip: Agents and assistants see analytics for their own assigned scope and cannot widen it; owners and admins see the whole account.
Tip: Usage & Capacity (AI and campaign send allowance) is visible to owners and admins only.

Common problems

My numbers look lower than a teammate’s.
Non-manager analytics are limited to records assigned to you. An owner or admin sees account-wide totals.
A page says analytics are unavailable.
Metrics need the account to be set up, and some pages depend on the related feature (for example Campaign Analytics needs campaigns). Retry, and check the account plan.

Good to know

  • What each focused page shows — Lead Analytics: intake volume, source mix, trend, and conversion. Pipeline Analytics: open pipeline by stage plus deals created / won / lost and win rate (see the pipeline article). Activity & Follow-Up Analytics: assigned work completed, what is overdue, where contacts need attention. Transaction Analytics: transaction volume, status mix, milestone completion. Campaign Analytics: send activity, outcomes, and quota status (needs the campaigns feature). Landing Page Analytics: page activity and durable form intake (needs landing pages). Usage & Capacity: AI and campaign-send usage against the allowance, owners and admins only.
  • There are no historical snapshots — changing the period recomputes everything from current data.
