Invite teammates and understand what each role can do.
- Roles & permissionsEvery account member has one of four roles — Owner, Admin, Agent, or Assistant. Roles are predefined by NextAccord and are separate from your subscription.
- Invite teammates and manage the teamOwners and admins invite people by email, choosing a role for each. Invitations create a membership only when accepted, and the invited person must sign in with the invited email address.
- Assign contacts, tasks, and dealsAssignment says who owns a contact, task, transaction, or captured lead. Owners and admins can assign work to anyone; agents and assistants can take a record for themselves but cannot hand work to other people.
