Send template email and run drip campaigns to your contacts.

- Create and use email templatesTemplates provide reusable wording, while branded emails add structured layouts and reusable Presentation Identity for direct email and Campaigns.
- Send an email to a contactPreview a template on a contact, then either open the message in your own mail app (mailto) or send it directly through a connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox. Mark it sent so it is logged on the contact.
- Connect your Gmail or Outlook mailboxConnect one Gmail or Outlook mailbox to send from your own address, see emails with your contacts on their timelines, and bring in lead notification emails for review. One mailbox at a time; disconnecting always leaves the mailto fallback available.
- Set up a campaign sending domainCampaign contact email and test sends go out from a verified sender. Use the managed NextAccordMail sender, or verify your own agency domain by adding the exact DKIM CNAME records shown in Settings › Campaign Senders.
- How unsubscribe and email delivery workEvery drip-campaign email carries a NextAccord-managed unsubscribe link. When a contact unsubscribes, they are suppressed from future campaign email automatically. System email such as invitations and reminders is a separate stream with its own suppression.
