Use the internal calendar for real-estate appointments — showings, listing appointments, calls, and closings. It needs no connection; connecting Google, Microsoft, or Calendly is optional and only mirrors or imports events.
Who can do this
- Owners and Admins — can do this for any record or setting in the account.
- Agents and Assistants — can do this only for records they are assigned to.
Roles are predefined by NextAccord. See all roles & permissions
Steps
- Step 1: Open Calendar and pick a view — Day, Week, Month, or Agenda.
- Step 2: Create an appointment: set the title, date and time, and (optionally) link a contact or transaction so it shows on that record and on Today.
- Step 3: Add attendees — contacts, teammates, or an external email address.
- Step 4: Later, drag to move or resize the appointment where supported, or open it to reschedule, cancel, or mark no-show.
- Step 5: Download an .ics file from an appointment to add it to another calendar app manually.
Tip: Appointments linked to a contact or transaction appear in that record’s timeline and on the Today dashboard.
Tip: Agents and assistants see and manage the appointments assigned to them.
Good to know
- Recurring appointments, RSVP sync, and busy-time overlays are not available yet.
- To mirror appointments to Google or Microsoft, or to pull in Calendly bookings, connect that provider (see the related articles).
