Common questions

Which plan does the free trial start on?
You can start a 14-day free trial on any self-service plan. The trial starts on the plan you choose.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. A credit card is not required to start your free trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
You are not charged automatically, because no payment method is needed to start. To keep using NextAccord after your trial, choose a plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & Billing in Settings. Cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, whether it is monthly or annual.
Do you offer refunds?
Amounts already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, except where the law requires. If you upgrade or add seats mid-term, you are billed pro rata for the rest of the term and see the amount before you confirm. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export your contacts, transactions, and tasks to CSV, or request a private data package of your account records.
How do I manage my plan?
Account owners and admins manage the plan and billing from Plan & Billing in Settings, with payment handled through Stripe-hosted billing.
