On a landing page, the Publication panel turns your current saved draft into a public page at a hosted URL. Editing after publishing shows "Changes not published" until you publish again.
Who can do this
- Owners, Admins, and Agents — can do this for any record or setting in the account.
- Assistants — cannot do this.

Before you start
- Your role can publish landing pages (Owner, Admin, or Agent — not Assistant).
- The page is not archived.
- The page content is saved.
Example
Illustrative example
You open a Draft page and choose Publish. The status changes to Publishing, then Published, and a hosted link appears.
You edit a headline and save; the status shows "Changes not published". You choose Publish changes and the live page updates.
Later you choose Unpublish; the page goes offline and the status returns to Draft.
Steps
- Step 1: Open the landing page and find the Publication panel.
- Step 2: Choose Publish (or Save and publish if you have unsaved edits). The status moves through Publishing to Published.
- Step 3: Use View published page to open the live page, and Copy link to share the hosted URL.
- Step 4: After later edits, choose Publish changes to push the new version. Use Unpublish to take the page offline.
What success looks like
- The Publication status shows Published and a hosted URL is listed.
- View published page opens the live page with your latest published content.
- After edits, the status reads "Changes not published" until you re-publish.
Common problems
- The status shows "Couldn't publish".
- Publication failed. The panel shows a specific problem message in amber — resolve what it names (for example missing required content) and choose Publish again.
- There is no Publish button.
- Your role cannot publish landing pages (assistants cannot), or the page is archived. Ask an owner, admin, or agent to publish it.
- My edits are not on the live page.
- Publishing captures an immutable version. If the status says "Changes not published", choose Publish changes to push the new version live.
Reconnect or remove
- Unpublish: choose Unpublish in the Publication panel. The public page goes offline; the draft and its history are kept so you can publish again later.
