A custom domain makes one landing page reachable at your own web address (for example pages.yourbrand.com) instead of only the hosted NextAccord link. Vercel handles verification and the HTTPS certificate once DNS is correct.
Who can do this
- Owners and Admins — can do this for any record or setting in the account.
- Agents and Assistants — cannot do this.

Before you start
- Landing pages are included in your plan.
- Your role can manage landing page domains (Owner or Admin).
- You control DNS for the domain, and it is not already in use elsewhere.
- The landing page is published (a custom domain fronts a published page).

You enter pages.harborview.example in the Custom domain field and choose Add domain.
The panel shows the domain with status "Verification needed" and Verify DNS / Disconnect buttons.
You add the DNS record your provider requires for that host, choose Verify DNS, and the status moves through "Verifying" to "Connected", with the live URL shown.
Steps
- Step 1: Open the landing page and find the Custom domain panel (visible to owners and admins).
- Step 2: Enter one domain you own (for example pages.yourbrand.com) and choose Add domain.
- Step 3: At your DNS provider, add the record needed to point that host to the platform.
- Step 4: Back in NextAccord, choose Verify DNS. The status moves from "Verification needed" to "Verifying" to "Connected".
- Step 5: Open the shown URL to confirm the page loads over HTTPS on your domain.
What success looks like
- The Custom domain panel shows status Connected.
- The custom URL loads the published landing page over HTTPS.
- The original hosted NextAccord link still works independently.
Common problems
- The status is stuck on "Verifying" or shows "Configuration issue".
- The DNS record is missing, wrong, or still propagating. Recheck it against what your provider requires for that host, wait, then choose Verify DNS again. A domain-error message appears in red when something specific is wrong.
- I cannot see the Custom domain panel.
- Managing landing page domains is limited to owners and admins.
- The custom domain works but the page shows nothing.
- A custom domain fronts a published page. Make sure the landing page is currently published.
Reconnect or remove
- Verify DNS: re-run verification at any time from the panel.
- Disconnect: choose Disconnect to remove the custom domain from the page. The hosted NextAccord link keeps working; remove the DNS record at your provider afterwards.
Good to know
- A landing-page custom domain is a website address for one page. It is separate from a campaign sending domain, which is an email identity configured in Settings › Campaign Senders.
