A landing page is a branded, bounded page you build from a starting design. Choose the represented agent shown to visitors; PROFILE blocks can show that agent’s reusable profile photo and contact details plus the reusable account logo. The creator or editor may be a different teammate.
Before you start
- Landing pages are included in your plan.
- You are within your account’s Landing Page limit (shown as "N of M Landing Pages in use").
Steps
- Step 1: Open Landing Pages and choose New Landing Page. Pick a starting design.
- Step 2: Optionally set a Source Property and Source Listing so property sections and authorized private images populate. Choosing a Listing also selects its Property.
- Step 3: Edit the page blocks. To collect leads, add a lead-form block and configure its form settings.
- Step 4: Choose the represented agent and use PROFILE block controls to show or hide the agent, profile photo, and account logo.
- Step 5: Set the Page address (the /p/ slug), Browser title, and Description.
- Step 6: Save. The page stays a Draft until you publish it.
What success looks like
- The page appears in the Landing Pages list with a Draft badge and its /p/slug.
- Preview shows your branding and, if bound, the source Property/Listing details.
- Published identity matches the version you previewed and published, even if the live profile photo or logo changes later.
Common problems
- I cannot create another landing page.
- You have reached the account’s Landing Page limit. Archive an unused page or ask an owner about your plan’s limit.
- Property sections are empty.
- Set a Source Property (or a Source Listing, which selects its Property). Only account-scoped, authorized property data and images are used.
- The Page address field is locked.
- The address cannot change while a version is published. Unpublish first, change the slug, then publish again.
Good to know
- After a profile photo or logo replacement, a new draft revision uses the current identity; an already-published revision retains its captured identity until you publish a newer revision.
- Brokerage-required branding and compliance disclosures can override account or page preferences.
