The Calendly card stores the booking URL you use with clients. On its own it does not pull bookings into NextAccord — that requires a signed webhook an administrator configures.
Who can do this
- Owners and Admins — can do this for any record or setting in the account.
- Agents and Assistants — can do this only for records they are assigned to.

Before you start
- You have a Calendly account and a booking link (for example a personal or event-type link).
- For automatic booking import: an administrator has configured the Calendly webhook signing secret for this account.

You paste https://calendly.com/your-name/buyer-consult into the Booking link field and choose Save Calendly.
The card shows the saved link and a connected status.
If an administrator has enabled webhook import, a client booking through that link then appears as a NextAccord appointment.
Steps
- Step 1: Open Settings and find the Calendar Integrations panel.
- Step 2: In the Calendly card, paste your booking link into Booking link (it starts with https://calendly.com/).
- Step 3: Choose Save Calendly. You should see "Calendly booking link saved."
- Step 4: For automatic import, ask your administrator to configure the Calendly webhook for this account.
What success looks like
- The Calendly card shows your saved booking link and a connected status.
- If webhook import is configured, bookings made through your link appear as NextAccord appointments.
Common problems
- I saved my link but Calendly bookings are not appearing in NextAccord.
- Saving the link alone does not import bookings. Automatic import needs the signed Calendly webhook, which an administrator sets up separately.
- The link will not save.
- The value must be a Calendly URL beginning with https://calendly.com/. Copy it directly from Calendly.
Reconnect or remove
- Update the link any time by pasting a new URL and choosing Save Calendly again.
- Disconnect: choose Disconnect on the Calendly card to remove the stored link. Existing NextAccord appointments are kept.
