Feature availability and limits come from your plan. If a feature is not on your plan, no role can use it. Owners and admins can see the plan context in Settings and the current usage in Usage & Capacity analytics.
Who can do this
- Owners and Admins — can do this for any record or setting in the account.
- Agents and Assistants — cannot do this.
Roles are predefined by NextAccord. See all roles & permissions
Steps
- Step 1: Open Settings to see the plan context and any self-serve billing status message.
- Step 2: Open Analytics → Usage & Capacity to see AI-action and campaign-send usage against the account’s allowance.
- Step 3: If you are close to a limit, reduce usage or ask about a plan change.
Common problems
- A feature or action is unavailable and mentions my plan.
- The feature is not included on the current plan, or a capacity limit is reached. An owner or admin can review the plan and usage.
- Campaigns paused for quota.
- The account reached its campaign-send allowance for the period. Sending resumes when the allowance resets or the plan changes.
Good to know
- Billing is handled through Stripe-hosted flows; NextAccord never stores card details. Self-serve billing may not be active in the UI for every account.
